Sometimes we receive devices without paperwork in the box, from people who did not fill out the form. We don't know who sent it or what they want to fix.
Please follow the mail-in repair guide below to complete the form and include the note in the box with your ticket number and name. This way we can match the received machine with your online form and process your repair quickly.
We use Canada Post as our primary courier. If you prefer a different courier service, please inform us in advance (additional charges may apply).
Your device will be shipped insured the next business day after the day of cleared payment. Canada Post return shipping costs are included in the price of the repair.
We offer a 90-days warranty on all component-level board repairs we complete. We do not warranty any other issues. If your repair fails within the warranty period, we will repair the device again. We offer warranty service only - NO REFUNDS. We do not pay for shipping the device to us.
If you are a REGULAR CUSTOMER, we will give you a free estimate. The only fees you will incur will be for shipping the laptop. We offer free estimates to all customers, unlike other repair shops.
If you are ANOTHER REPAIR BUSINESS outsourcing repairs to us, you only pay if we can complete a repair you have authorized. However, If you refuse to repair after receiving an estimate, you will be charged a fee of $55.
We won’t be responsible for any damages to MacBook during shipping. Sending MacBook to us for repair is at the customer's own risk and any damages during shipping, in either direction, will be the customer's responsibility.
We will ship your MacBook in the same package as we received it, so, pack your device securely in a hard box with bubble wrap. Insurance is an option for the customer, but we strongly suggest the customer purchase insurance for shipping to us.
We only work with complete MacBook machines - we do not work with boards sent for repair separately from the case. Some devices may be subject to an exception, so please contact us first to see if an exception can be made for you.

Please do not ship your charger along with your laptop. We have averything we need for repair.
We do not service 2011 A1278 Apple Macbook Pro Unibody 17 (820-2914) & 2011 A1286 Apple Macbook Pro Unibody 15 (820-2915) with AMD graphics. Please contact us if you have such MacBooks.
We do not service devices contaminated with human or animal waste. If you send a device with such contamination, it will be immediately processed for the return shipment.
